- Ensure all revenue processes are GAAP-compliant and audit-ready
System Implementation & Process Improvement
- Play a lead role in the NetSuite implementation, migrating from QuickBooks
- Ensure revenue, billing, and accounting workflows are properly designed from day one
- Partner with internal stakeholders to test, document, and optimize new system processes
- Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and improved data accuracy

- Work closely with Finance, Billing, Operations, and Leadership to support business needs
- Serve as a project-management-minded partner during system and process changes
- Help coordinate, communicate, and motivate teams through change initiatives

- Utilize financial systems including NetSuite (preferred), QuickBooks, and RAMP
- Power BI experience is a strong plus
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university
- 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience (ideal range)

- Background in more complex organizations (not limited to small-scale companies)
- Proven ability to manage and analyze high volumes of transactions and data
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate financial concepts clearly

- Power BI experience
- Prior experience supporting audits or working with auditors
- Management or mentoring experience (depending on level)
Personality & Team Fit
